WHO WE ARE
Our company has been inventing, designing and building material sorting systems: disc screens polygonal and star screens, aeraulic systems and complete screening lines.
We specialize in the development of screening profilespecific for each type of material (OFMSW, MSW, PET, Industrial waste, Compost, C&D, paper and cardboard, aggregates and excavated earth, wood and biomass, SRF, metals, glass, road sweeping, polystyrene, etc.).
The ongoing confrontation with engineers, plant operators and close collaborations in recent years allow us to pursue innovation and research, and above all to ensure that each plant has the most suitable solution for intelligent and efficient recycling. Through ingenuity and problem solving we aim to transform waste into reusable materials, enhancing the potential of each waste component.

Our experience
Currently we have designed and built more than 500 screening units; our designs can be found in many industrial and recycling plants in Italy and around the world, although rarely under our own name. Now we have decided to offer our products and services directly.
Since 2006, for specific applications, we have been designing and building mobile screening units on roll-off, tracked and towable axles.
Since 2017 we have a cooperation and R&D agreement with Backers Maschinenbau GmbH, the European leader of mobile star screens, of which we are exclusive dealers in Italy.
Our goal is to increase the development of specific and innovative screening products and solutions in material sorting and consequently in the logic of recycling plants.
In 2018, we patented the unique VSE and anti-wrapping and anti-locking system allowing us to greatly increase the production capabilities of our machines, drastically reducing the maintenance and cleaning needed and increasing the accuracy of the screening section.

We have been designing and building adjustable section screens, since 2020 and thanks to our Design Team, we were able to create a simple and effective system that allows the possibility of varying the section of the screen deck.
Since 2021, we have been designing and building aeraulic systems, with large production capacities (up to 200 m3/h), both mobile and stationary, capable of operating in any weather condition with any material, even the most complex ones.
Our Partnership
Since 2017 we have a cooperation and R&D agreement with Backers Maschinenbau GmbH, the European leader of mobile star screens, of which we are exclusive dealers in Italy.
Backers Maschinenbau GmbH is a German company founded in the early 19th century. Since 1989, they have specialized in the development and production ofstar screens. These are used in the waste disposal industry, agriculture or road construction and civil engineering.
Backers star screens guarantee excellent screening. They are ideal for breaking up material and offer excellent section cleaningbreaking up material and offer excellent section cleaning. Backers’s patents ensure high productivity, low fuel consumption and emissions. The high screening performance is maintained consistently over time, ensuring a secure cost-effectiveness of the investment.
